What Is Malwarebytes ?

Malwarebytes !!!

Malwarebytes, which was originally known as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, is a piece of anti-malware software that can be installed on devices running Microsoft Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, Android, and iOS. It is designed to locate and eliminate malware. It was first made available to the public in January of 2006 and was distributed by Malwarebytes Corporation. There is a free version that, when started manually, scans for and removes malware, and there is also a commercial version that, in addition, includes scheduled scans, real-time protection, and a flash-memory scanner. Both versions may be downloaded from the website.

Malwarebytes is basically a scanner that detects and eliminates malicious malware, such as fake security software, adware, and spyware. It also scans for and removes potentially unwanted applications. Malwarebytes scans in batch mode rather than scanning all files opened, which reduces interference in the event that another on-demand anti-malware program is already running on the computer at the same time. There is a free version of Malwarebytes as well as a paid version of the software.

The paid version can perform scheduled scans, automatically scan files when they are opened, block the IP addresses of malicious web sites, and scan only those services, programs, and device drivers that are currently being used, while the free version can only be run manually by the user when desired. The broader public received version 3.0 of Malwarebytes’ software on December 8, 2016, the day it was published. Protection against malware, ransomware, exploits, and websites containing malicious content is included here.
